Responding to Critical Incidents
A critical incident, such as a workplace accident, violent event, or sudden death, can deeply affect employees, teams, and communities — especially in the construction industry. Even those indirectly exposed may experience shock, trauma, anxiety, grief, or loss of control. Prompt, specialized support reduces the risk of long-term psychological harm and helps employees return to stability.
Our response team provides:

Timely Care
Group debriefing and support within 24-72 hours.

Specialized Trauma Care

As-Needed Additional Support
